Within the research areas of the Department of Basic Islamic Sciences; Theoretical and practical aspects of reading the Holy Quran in accordance with its rules, interpretation of the Holy Quran, hadith, legal principles of Islam for practical life, foundations of Islamic faith, religious sects in Islam and There are intellectual movements and the mystical aspect of Islam. Within the scope of the Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, students gain a deep knowledge of classical Islamic disciplines and can also develop their scientific understanding and analysis skills. Thus, students deal with the Islamic scientific and cultural heritage with an academic understanding, based on the main sources of Islam, and benefit from this rich heritage as much as possible while trying to produce solutions to current religious issues.
